- Guided Sessions: Nika will lead you through transformative practices to help you cultivate calm, clarity, and joy.
How long is the class?
- Each class lasts 2 full hours, giving you enough time to truly slow down, reset your mind, and feel lasting inner change.
What will we do?
- We begin with simple breathing exercises – I'll guide you on how to breathe properly and consciously.
- Then, we'll move into physical movement to release tension from the body.
- After that, I'll lead you into a deep relaxation to calm your nervous system.
- Once your body and mind are ready, we'll end the session with a meditation to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and grounded.
- Each class is unique and original but follows a similar structure.
What Do I Need?
- Yoga Mat: For your comfort during exercise.
- Blanket: To keep you cozy during relaxation exercises.
- Pillow: For extra support during seated or lying-down practices.
- Water: Stay hydrated and refreshed throughout the session.
- Comfortable clothing: Wear loose-fitting clothes that won't restrict your breathing.
